The new Maxi-JetŪ modification from EcoSystem Aquarium builds on our successful first model designed for the smaller Maxi-Jet pumps.
The Eco Mod 1200 dramatically increases the water flow of the 1200 series pumps with a new enlarged impeller blade. The new blade enables us to achieve the same rates of increase our first model achieved on the 400 series pumps. The Eco Mod 1200 uses the same housing as we previously used and is as easy to assembled as the first Eco Mod. The size of the Eco Mod 1200 blade prevents the smaller Maxi-Jet pumps (400&600) from properly turning this model so we recommend our first version of the Eco Mod for those pump sizes.
