This product is an antibacterial medication.
USES: Infected Eyes, Fin or Tail Rot, Skin Ulcerations, Pop-Eye, Columnaris Disease,
and Gill Disease.
DIRECTIONS: Use one capsule per ten gallons of water. Dissolve directly into tank.
This amount will dissolve rapidly and circulate through the water. Treatment in a
hospital tank is recommended. Treat the tank every other day for a full 5 days (a
minimum of 3 treatments is recommended). Repeat a full 5 day treatment after 3 days if
necessary. To avoid stress to the fish due to oxygen depletion during treatment, use
continuous filtration but remove carbon from the filter since it will remove, by absorption,
the antibiotic from the water.
PRECAUTIONS: For aquarium use only. This product is intended for exclusive use with
ornamental fish and/or ornamental organisms, and is not intended for use with fish for
human consumption. For those allergic to this antibiotic, use gloves when handling.

INGREDIENTS: 500 mg Amoxicillin activity.
STORAGE: Store at controlled room temperature of 15⁰C to 30⁰C (59⁰F to 86⁰F).
