The Aqueon Aquarium Water Changers are designed to help eliminate the potential for messy aquarium spills and transporting heavy buckets of water. Simply attach the water flow assembly to the faucet using the included multi-connection faucet adapter and turn on the faucet (see diagram for faucet types compatible with Water Changers). Aquarium Water Changer can be used to remove water that will go right down the drain as well as add water right back into aquarium. It makes routine water changes easier and also vacuums out the debris in the gravel. By adjusting the flow direction, clean water can easily be added back to the aquarium after removing the dirty water. Be sure to add Aqueon Water Conditioner when adding clean water to aquarium. Available in different sizes to accommodate different aquariums needs. Developed by true aquatic hobbyists, Aqueon provides a broad array of aquarium solutions to help maintain healthy, life-sustaining aquatic environments.

  • Battery Required: No
  • Batteries Included?: No
  • Use Instructions: Place empty bucket within reach and at a level below the aquarium. Attach hose clip to bucket with hose end inserted. For best results keep hose end and bucket as low as possible below the aquarium. Completely submerge intake tube in aquarium. Begin to move intake tube rapidly in an up and down motion. Continue this motion 4 to 6 times, until siphon begins, and water begins to flow into the bucket. Gravel Cleaning Recommendation – Begin to move the intake tube in an up and down motion, in and out of the gravel. Gravel and debris will be pulled into the intake tube. Allow debris to separate from gravel and up away with water in the hose.
  • Storage Instructions: Empty water out of tubing and siphon before storing
