Insect food with 100% protein from a sustainable source



sera Insect Nature is the staple food consisting of sustainable insect meal without dyes and preservatives, and contains exclusively animal protein from insect meal. The slowly sinking granules represent the natural diet of most ornamental fish. In their natural habitats they mainly feed on insect larvae and algae. Besides Tenebrio larvae – with their important proteins – wheat germ and further natural and high quality ingredients such as different algae ensure healthy development and lively fish.

Carefully selected ingredients ensure high digestibility of the food. Fish waste is reduced, the water remains clear.


Natural ornamental fish nutrition

Like all "Nature" products, this product does not contain any dyes nor preservatives. It is additionally characterized by a particularly sustainable food concept. The main component of the food consists of ingredients such as Tenebrio larvae or water lentils. Tenebrio larvae provides 100% of the animal proteins and matches the natural diet of ornamental and biotope fish. Concerning the veggie part, sustainably grown water lentils provide the important and high quality ingredients such as protein and raw fiber. The water lentils are cultivated particularly ecologically. The water lentils are being utilized by 100%, and the water is being recycled.

The sustainable concept is maintained from production up to packaging, and has been thoroughly thought out. The food can consists of 35% sugar cane and underlines the sustainability of the product. The renewable raw material is 100% recyclable and actively contributes to CO2 reduction.
